CARBONI’S ULTIMATE PRIVATE MASTERCLASS EXPERIENCE:

- your choice of Gnocchi Masterclass or Fresh Pasta Masterclass

- cost $99 per person which includes private masterclass, 3 course sharing lunch, glass of wine and a little gift from us

- minimum 10 people (or $990 minimum spend) and maximum 20 people

- additional drinks available at bar prices on the day

- Class commence at 11.30am followed by lunch

Moved in Australia in 2009 chef Dona settled in Ballarat with his Family back in 2013.He loves sharing his passion for authentic Italian recipes, most learnt from his parents and Nonnas through his childhood, recipes that are the pillars of the menu at his Carboni's Italian Kitchen in Ballarat.
Grew up in Commercial Kitchen with his Dad, he started his kitchen journey back in 1994 and the Masterclasses are the occasion to get to know Dona and his knowledge.
