Ten years ago in 2015 we opened Carboni’s with a few tables and a simple goal: bring a little piece of Italy to Ballarat. With hard work and the community behind us, we grew through the tough years into a family of a restaurant, two delis, wholesale pasta and pizza bases, supermarket pizzas, catering, masterclasses and our own limoncello shipped Australia-wide. What hasn’t changed is the heart of the place, people, care and food shared at the table. Thank you to our team, customers and friends for a decade of support.
